Prism at SBR. See the OA in a whole new light.
Prism is a four-day, three-night experience at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virgina that is open to both youth and adults. Participants will experience all of the adventure the Scott Summit Center has to offer, and participate in the inaugural rededication ceremony at the Summit Circle.
The Summit Circle is the the relocated original ceremony circle from Treasure Island, which has been combined with the rocks donated by lodges in 2015 to form a national ceremony ground that connects all Arrowmen across our 100-year history.
For $180, guests will receive all meals and accommodations. Prism will have seven sessions:
June 19-22, 2016
June 22-25, 2016
June 26-29, 2016
June 29-July 2, 2016
July 3-6, 2016
July 6-9, 2016
July 13-16, 2016
An experience unlike any other
Prism’s capstone will be a personal experience at the Summit Circle, the OA’s new national ceremony grounds. Each guest will participate in an inaugural rededication ceremony at the circle and reflect on the Order. Beyond the ceremony, guests will engage with the SBR in a way no others have.
One day of Prism will include access to all of the Scott Summit Center: BMX, mountain biking, skateboarding, archery, climbing and more. Participants will spend the other day of Prism doing a service project for the Summit to leave their mark on Scouting for generations to come.
Prism’s $180 fee for youth and adults includes all housing, meals and a special commemorative patch for this once-ever event. Do not miss your chance to see the entire spectrum of your Order of the Arrow experience anew. Our Lodge has received eight (8) tickets to Prism at the Summit. The cost of each ticket is $180. If you would like to attend this event, you need to register and pay a $100 deposit by January 31. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
